Never having built a house before, we were quite apprehensive about the enormity of the undertaking. But thanks to Fred and his friendly team at Mirage Building, things happened more easily than we could have ever imagined. The Mirage team and Fred in particular were easy to contact and always available for clarifications. They also provided sound advice regarding aspects we were not familiar with. We just wanted to say a huge thank you for all the effort that you and your team put in to building our homes. I couldn't speak highly enough of Mirage Building. Prior to meeting you, we had shopped around and visited many different builders and display homes always leaving feeling confused and frustrated. Constantly being fed "hook" prices to get us in the door and finding out that to fully complete the home was considerably more expensive, even with their standard inclusions. However, after speaking with you, we felt at ease. We knew what we could expect without smoke and mirrors, or hidden costs. In the end, we received 2 trendy homes built in a timely fashion, for a better price! The standard fittings that you supplied looked much more expensive which enabled us to achieve a record price in the area when we sold one of the homes. Your attention to detail was relieving for us both, and your experience and knowledge was invaluable when it came to our design decisions. We will definitely be building with you again! Funnily enough, several of the other Builders that we were considering to use went out of business during the short time we were building for. Thank God we didn't go with them!
